校媒剪辑管线面向校园新闻播报、访谈类视频：目标是把原始素材整理成更适合教育场景使用的成片流程。方案侧验证五件事——素材获取、提示词构成、风险控制、时长管理、主持人对话专项提取——跑通后再交给技术人员按周执行。重点是可重复的工作流，而不是一次性手工剪一条。 / Campus Cut covers school news and interview video: turn raw footage into a flow suited to education use. The playbook validates five pieces—material intake, prompt structure, risk control, duration, and host-dialogue extract—then hands weekly execution to technical staff. The point is a repeatable workflow, not one manual cut.
