学习报告台解决的是旧流程的脆弱性：报告要强审核、多人来回改，还要单独不停给家长发邮件，出错概率极高。现在改成快速输入 + 统一生成；发布权在学校。家长只收到通知，提示可以查看学习报告，需登录查阅系统，而不是由老师把报告当附件发出去。 / Learn Report Desk fixes a brittle old flow: heavy review, many editors, and endless one-off emails to parents—error-prone. Now: quick input and unified generation; the school controls release. Parents get a notice that the report is ready and must log in to view—teachers do not email the report as an attachment.

旧做法里，学习报告依赖强审核和多人协作，最后还要由老师逐个或批量发邮件给家长。附件易发错人、发漏、发旧版，沟通成本高、出错概率大。 / The old way needed heavy review and many collaborators, then teachers emailed parents one by one or in batches. Attachments go to the wrong person, get missed or stay outdated—high cost, high error rate.

报告是学校资产，不是老师私人邮件附件。系统负责生成与查阅；学校决定何时开放；家长用通知进入，而不是在邮箱里收一份易泄密、难撤回的文件。 / Reports are school assets, not a teacher’s private attachments. The system generates and hosts viewing; the school chooses when to open; parents enter via notice—not an irreversible file in email.
